Hello from somewhere over the Midwest! En route to visit Roberto in Oregon and had a little surprise for you.
I’ve been so all over the map lately, and yall have been such exceptionally supportive commenters, so I figured it was time to reward you with something more than another low-fi Black Crowes video. Let’s fake out the exploding national debt with a little funds-assisted consumerism on Shopbop, with a $100 gift card!
Jack Frost crop-dusted the Commonwealth last week, and rather than familiarize myself with the thermostat in the new house, I unpacked a bunch of my fall clothes and coats to wear on the couch. [Rob, come home!] This always poses a bit of a risk, since Eli is immensely turned on by lumpy piles [you can take the cat out of Schenectady…], but in any event, it felt like Christmas.
Assuming your coats don’t have pockets full of forgotten cash—because mine never do—this gift card ought to be a nice boon in your fall shopping endeavors.
Let’s get a taste of the goods:
These Rebecca Minkoff coats are totally Keef Richards worthy:
I’m too scared to get a full time job again partly because all I’ve accumulated for office wear over the last 2 years are ratty t-shirts, but with a few of these Alice and Olivia jackets on top, I’d be golden:
Also peep the Milly NY coats for some warmer, full-length options.
I’ll announce the winner November 3! So comment below for your shot at $100 to spent at the Mecca. Good luck!
Also, peep the prolific Shopbop Pinterest for lots of daily inspiration.
News from Oregon coming right up! Oh, and for a little fun retrospective of my last visit: our trip to Stoller Family Vineyard, an amazing night at Lange Estate Winery, and Sunset in a roadside orchard.
